We are looking for
HOSTEL PARENTS
(male/female
Candidates will be responsible for creating a warm, safe, and nurturing home environment for hostel learners, in alignment with Waldorf educational principles. They will provide daily care, guidance, and emotional support, fostering a sense of community, responsibility, and respect among learners.
Requirements:
An Honours Degree in Psychology or a relevant subject will be an advantage. A deep under standing of Waldorf philosophy and child development is expected. Participation in all offered Waldorf training seminars and pedagogical conferences is a must.
Hostel Assistant
Middle & High School
Requirements:
-
Diploma or equivalent
(hospitality or education background preferred).

Experience in youth supervision, hospitality, or residential life.

Understanding of or openness to learning about Waldorf education principles.

Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
-
Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented demeanour.

Basic computer skills for administrative related tasks requirements.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends and occasionally holidays.
Woodwork Teacher
Waldorf-trained, with at least 10 years’ experience.
Skills in copper repoussé and blacksmithing preferred.
A master’s in carpentry is an advantage for adult training.
Class Teacher (Primary)
Must be Waldorf-trained, with a minimum of 10 years’ teaching experience.

The suitable candidates should be trained in Waldorf pedagogy
or be willing to obtain knowledge in Waldorf pedagogy through on-the-job training.
Any additional qualification will be an advantage.
